The Yucaipa Valley Water District (the “District” or ‘YVWD”) is accepting proposals for the 2018 Landscape Maintenance Contract for various facilities within the service area of the District.  

The immediate and routine maintenance requirements as well as requirements to new plantings and irrigation system additions are provided in the attached Request for Proposals.  

This is not a commitment to procure this work, but a request for proposals related to the cost to complete the work. 

The District will make a determination to proceed based on the proposal pricing submitted and anticipates issuing a Notice to Proceed no later than January 3, 2018.

 

Response Due Date and Bid Opening

Responses to this Request for Proposal is due at the bid opening scheduled at the date and time above.  The Bid opening will be conducted at the Yucaipa Valley Water District offices located at 12770 Second Street, Yucaipa, California 92399.
